About Kylie Short
When most women are 34 weeks pregnant, they’re planning for their hospital trip, picking out baby furniture and anticipating their showers. Not Kylie Short – pregnant with her third child, Kylie decided it was time to start a business!
Named after her daughter, the business began as an answer to Kylie’s desire to have flexibility in her life as she actively participated in raising her children and nurturing her family. Her passion to help others is fuelled by the immense joy Kylie feels in being a business owner herself.
In the beginning stages of her business Kylie only offered bookkeeping and secretarial support on a local basis. She soon discovered the Virtual Assistance industry and learned how to use technology to service clients interstate and internationally. Kylie uses her business administrative and management experience to provide much needed services to small business owners and women entrepreneurs. What attracted Kylie to Virtual Assistance the most is the flexibility and scope for entrepreneurship.
As a virtual business owner, Kylie understands the special challenges associated with establishing an online presence. Specialising in providing administrative, online marketing, e-newsletter design, Web site design and technical support to small business owners working from home, Kylie will show you how to reach your potential and experience feelings of accomplishment only possible when you take charge of your life and your business.
Over 10 years of experience in Office Management, Bookkeeping, Information Technology Support, Small Business Management, Manufacturing, Education and Child Care, and a continual need to seek out best practices and new technology to better serve her clients’ needs ensures Kylie’s clients receive the highest level of customer service possible.
