Kylie Short – Director (The Boss)
Named after her daughter, Tilda Virtual became the answer to Kylie Short’s desire to have flexibility in her life as she actively participated in raising and nurturing her family. Her passion to help others is fuelled by the immense joy Kylie derives from being her own boss.
As a virtual business owner, Kylie has a deep understanding of the special challenges associated with establishing an online presence. Specialising in providing bookkeeping, administrative, online marketing, e-newsletter design, Web site design and technical support, if you are a small business owner, Kylie can help you reach your potential and experience feelings of accomplishment only possible by taking charge of your life and your business.
Melinda White – Project Manager and Number Cruncher
Previously employed as a business analyst, Melinda White is now our fabulous Project Manager. With 20 years of experience in financial services, a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services and her Cert IV in Bookkeeping, Melinda has already brought plenty of knowledge to the Tilda Virtual team as a bookkeeper, but we’re thrilled that she’s able to manage our projects too.
Deirdre Shockley – Virtual PA Extraordinaire
Since joining Tilda Virtual in November of 2007, Deirdre Shockley has become a valuable asset to the team. Deirdre brings to Tilda Virtual more than 20 years of experience working in different office settings and working knowledge of 1ShoppingCart, Dreamweaver, AWeber, WordPress and Microsoft Office applications. This virtual assistant loves handling everyday administrative tasks and she does so with great efficiency and style.
Fiona Dixon – Social (Media) Butterfly
Fiona Dixon has operated her own successful online store for years and brings her sharp blogging, SEO and social networking skills to the Tilda Virtual team. Her passion for building relationships, networking and providing top notch customer service make Fiona a valuable asset to us and our clients. When our clients need help growing their online presence, it’s Fiona who they work closely with to get the job done.
Jaime Lee Mann – Wordsmith
Jaime Lee Mann is Tilda Virtual’s skilled copywriter and ghostwriter and she has the unique ability to mimic almost anyone’s voice through the written word. Jaime writes website content and meta data, sales letters, ebooks and info products, email campaigns, press releases and articles. She does this while keeping the clients’ voice intact and the marketing message consistent. She’s also a great copy polisher, and can take a piece that’s already been written and completely transform it into an effective sales piece.
Lincoln Short – Technology Geek
To Tilda Virtual, Kylie’s husband, Lincoln Short, brings a Bachelor of Information Technology (Computer Science) and over fifteen years experience with systems and infrastructure (SUN Solaris). Though he is currently working full time in the private sector, Lincoln enjoys playing with technology and seeing how he can best implement it in the Short household much to the exasperation of Kylie. Lincoln provides much needed chocolate and coffee supplies to the team and on occasion is called in to flex his code monkey muscles when perplexing code issues present themselves.
